The HALO Trust: Supporting Humanitarian Efforts in Conflict Zones

The HALO Trust is a leading humanitarian organisation dedicated to making conflict-affected areas safer by clearing landmines, providing aid, and assisting communities impacted by war. Their work spans some of the most dangerous regions in the world, where unexploded ordnance poses a daily threat to civilians. To carry out their life-saving missions effectively, they require clear identification, precise logistical organisation, and high-quality signage to ensure the safety of their teams and the communities they serve.

Recognising their need for reliable, durable, and highly visible signage, we have proudly supplied The HALO Trust with over 6,000 landmine warning signs to aid mine clearance operations in Angola and Mozambique. Additionally, we have provided printed flags and magnetic vehicle signage to help their teams remain clearly identifiable in conflict zones, enhancing their safety and visibility. Our collaboration also included producing detailed printed maps to outline their mine clearance efforts across Somalia and the Horn of Africa, ensuring clear communication of past and ongoing operations. Furthermore, we supplied identification packs to assist in the logistics and organisation of their thousands of international employees working in challenging environments.

The HALO Trust has expressed great satisfaction with our products, highlighting the critical role they play in supporting their mission. Their feedback underscores our commitment to providing high-quality, reliable materials that contribute to global humanitarian efforts.

“We are more than happy with the product and service which Chris and the team at A1 Graphics provide, including the after sales service and support. No matter the requirement, they are always willing to provide assistance.” – Mark Blyth, Deputy Head of Logistics and Procurement
